Allstate Insurance, the largest publicly held personal lines property and casualty in America, was concerned about the stability and quality of its aging patchwork phone system, while wanting to protect the investments already made in its phone system.

• Juggling operations and communications at three offices was impeding responsiveness and quality of customer service

With Zultys, UC solution, Allstate Insurance maintained the investment in their existing phone system and connected their offices (Hickory Creek, TX) together in a seamless Unified Communications system by using MXgroup, in a peer-to-peer architecture that provided service and survivability.
